What exactly is a credit?
1 credit = 1 word of finished article. A 1,000-word piece costs 1,000 credits, a 2,500-word piece costs 2,500. Images, SERP research, citations, internal links and WordPress publishing cost nothing on top.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring charge, no card kept on file against your will, and nothing to cancel.
Can I change packs later?
Yes. Buy whichever pack fits the month you are in. Remaining credits from an earlier pack stay usable until their own validity period ends.
How many articles is a pack worth?
Divide the credits by your article length. At 1,000 words each, 1,000 credits is roughly one article — each pack above shows its own article estimate.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay valid for 30 days from the day the pack is activated. Nothing renews on its own — when you want more, you buy another pack or top up.
What happens if a run fails?
Credits are only deducted when an article finishes. If a run fails part way through, nothing is charged and the credits stay in your balance.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded under the terms in our refund policy. Credits already spent on generated articles are not refundable, because the work has been produced and delivered to you.
Do I need a WordPress site to start?
No. Publishing is optional. Without a connected site you can still generate articles and export them as PDF, Word or HTML, then connect WordPress whenever you are ready.
